Atlas Exports Enterprises, one of India’s leading manufacturers and exporters of home textiles, continues to strengthen its global footprint with a firm commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. As the industry prepares for Heimtextil 2026, the company is set to showcase an exciting new range that reflects its future-focused vision.

In an exclusive interaction, Senthil Prasath Nachimuthu, Managing Partner, shared insights into the company’s performance, product innovations, market presence, sustainability initiatives, and expectations for the upcoming global expo.
Navigating a Volatile 2025 with Resilience
The year 2025 posed challenges for the global home furnishings sector, but Atlas Exports turned adversity into opportunity.
“2025 has undoubtedly been a demanding year for the global home furnishings sector, yet it has also been a period of consolidation and disciplined growth for our company. Despite pressure from geopolitical tensions and evolving tariff regimes, we focused on operational efficiency, selective market expansion, and deeper customer engagement, which helped us navigate volatility with resilience,” said Senthil.
The company not only maintained its volumes across core markets but also achieved measured growth in value-added, design-led, and sustainable categories. “We strengthened our supply chain, invested in design and product development, and refined our risk-management practices—leaving us more agile as we enter 2026 with a ‘Lead the Change’ mindset,” he added.

Innovation at the Core
Innovation continues to be a defining pillar for Atlas Exports. The company has introduced several new market-relevant product and technology solutions over the past year. “Building on the global shift toward sustainable, high-performance textiles, we have introduced ranges using eco-friendly fibers such as hemp and bamboo blends, coupled with advanced finishing technologies and faster production platforms,” he explained.
The innovations also extend to organic and recycled fiber-based collections that cater to rising global demand for comfortable, easy-care, eco-conscious products.
“We have invested in additional rotary printing machinery and streamlined automated production flows to shorten lead times and support frequent design updates. Our collaborations with international designers help us deliver strong aesthetic value aligned with global trends,” he noted.
A Wide and Evolving Product Portfolio
Atlas Exports offers an extensive assortment of home textiles tailored for modern homes as well as institutional buyers. “Our portfolio covers everyday essentials and design-driven programs across kitchen, dining, living, and decorative segments,” said Senthil.
Product Categories Include:
- Kitchen & Dining: Tablecloths, napkins, placemats, runners, aprons, tea towels, pot holders, oven mitts, chair pads, tote bags
- Living & Decor: Cushion covers, throws/plaids, bed covers, curtains, poufs, hammam towels
- Lifestyle Accessories: Laptop covers, book covers, table covers, coordinated accessories
“Many of these products are now offered with sustainable fibers, performance finishes, and coordinated design collections to meet both private label and branded requirements,” he added.

The company’s strongest markets remain the UK, Europe, and the USA, with France, Sweden, Spain, Australia, the UAE, and emerging Asia-Pacific destinations driving incremental growth.
Capacity Expansion and Modernization
To stay ahead of global demand, Atlas Exports invested significantly in capacity enhancement in 2025.
“Our upgrades include advanced automation, improved quality systems, and sustainable energy solutions. These initiatives help increase production efficiency, improve quality, and reduce environmental impact,” he shared.
Exciting Launches Await at Heimtextil 2026
Atlas Exports is gearing up for a standout presence at Heimtextil 2026.

“We are excited to launch several new collections that align with the ‘Lead the Change’ motto and the Heimtextil 26/27 theme, ‘Craft is a Verb’, which blends AI-driven design with traditional craftsmanship,” Senthil said.
Key launches include:
- Sustainable collections with organic and recycled fiber blends
- Performance-finished textiles for kitchen, table, and living spaces
- Coordinated cushions, table & kitchen textiles inspired by earthy palettes enhanced with synthetic accents like acidic green and digital lilac
“Our theme, ‘Sustainable Innovation for Global Homes’, highlights how our vertically integrated processes deliver eco-conscious, customizable solutions with reduced lead times,” he added. Atlas Exports will exhibit at Hall 8, B17, a key design hotspot for home textiles.
Standing Apart in the Global Arena
What gives Atlas its distinct competitive advantage? “Our vertically integrated model—from raw material sourcing to finished products—allows cost efficiency, rapid customization, shorter lead times, and lower MOQs. This scalability gives buyers flexibility in a volatile market,” he explained. Design strengths also set them apart.

“We combine sustainable materials like OEKO-TEX certified organic and recycled blends with performance finishes, along with design collaborations from Europe, the UK, and the US. This ensures region-specific aesthetics aligned with global trends.”
A Deep-rooted Sustainability Commitment
Sustainability remains central to Atlas Exports’ philosophy. “We adhere to OEKO-TEX and GOTS certifications, ensuring responsible raw material sourcing, chemical safety, and fair labor. Transparency and traceability are integral to our process,” he emphasized.
The company embraces recycled materials, circularity, energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste minimization. “These measures help us meet the expectations of customers seeking ethically produced, high-quality home textiles,” Senthil added.
Special Finishes that Add Value
The company offers a range of eco-friendly finishes designed to enhance comfort and functionality. “Our treatments—antimicrobial, stain-resistant, water-repellent, wrinkle-free, and others—are developed with minimal chemical usage and align with global performance standards,” he said.
Botanical fibers like bamboo and hemp play a crucial role, offering natural UV resistance, antibacterial properties, thermo-regulation, and hypoallergenic benefits.
FTAs Opening New Market Opportunities
India’s expanding FTA landscape is proving beneficial. “The India–UK FTA signed in 2025 has eliminated tariffs on nearly all textile exports, significantly improving our competitiveness. Similar agreements with Australia and Middle Eastern nations are expanding demand for Indian textiles,” Senthil noted.
Negotiations with the EU, New Zealand, and the US are expected to accelerate market access further.
Positive Outlook for 2026 and Beyond
Senthil remains optimistic about industry prospects. “The global textile industry is poised for steady growth in 2026, driven by sustainability, technical textiles, and recovering trade flows. For India, new FTAs, policy support, and shifting global sourcing patterns are creating unprecedented opportunities,” he observed.
He believes India is well-positioned to become a preferred sourcing destination, especially as companies diversify away from traditional hubs.
A Warm Welcome to Heimtextil Visitors
As the conversation concluded, Senthil extended an invitation to global buyers and partners. “We look forward to welcoming visitors from around the world to Hall 8, B17 at Heimtextil 2026.”
